SBS Spring Blog Hop

Since the last exchange blog hop done by Simply Betty Stamps was such fun, I joined in again this time round.
This time my basket buddy was  Michelle Klaebe (http://www.inkandsew.blogspot.com.au/)
and as she is in Australia she sent me things direct from craft shops in the UK. I got two lovely packages and a lovely card that she made me too.

This one came wrapped in a beautiful little package and even had a little handmade card from he shop! the bat stickers at at the front as they are my favourite

This was the second package to come and is just as nice as the first! I love the tags.

And this is the lovely card she made me with the image Betty supplied us with.
I love it all, thank you Michelle.

This is the card I made for her -

Your next stop in the spring blog hop (say that 3 times fast!) is -
Lisa Nelson
And here is the complete list if you want to start from the beginning again.
Thanks for stopping by! x

Cake fixes everything

This is my 3rd and favourite entry for the Karber challenge - Use your favourite embellishment and a Karber stamp.
I used Cupcakes Denny and the sentiment is from  Create with TLC. Denny was coloured with my promarkers. I added stickles to the cupcakes as my embellishment and used my MS punch on the kraft card.

I'm also going to enter this into the I   Promarkers challenge - Pastel colours

Knitting Jessy

This is my 2nd entry for the Karber challenge - Use your favourite embellishment and a Karber stamp.
I used Knitting Jessy, coloured her with a combination of copics and promarkers and added pearls as my embellishment

Celebrate

I made this for the Karber challenge - Use your favourite embellishment and a Karber stamp. I used Cocktail Denny and added gems as my embellishment. My favourite embellishment is a tricky one but it's mostly gems and glitter I think! I coloured Denny with my promarkers.

SMILE!

The background is make from a digital image (no idea where from) and the digital stamp is the photographer from Alicia's Little Shop

I coloured her with promarkers (apart from her top, done with my limited copics!) I like how it turned out just the way I'd planned it... doesn't always happen that way!

SBS Medusa card

My card, with 9 minutes to spare!
The Challenge for the SBS facebook group was a colour challenge. Black & cream plus one other colour using the Medusa image from Simply Betty Stamps. I coloured her with promarkers and decided top make green my other colour. Added some black in with some die cut swirls and corners and used some digital paper for the background. I kept it fairly simple, I might add a sentiment at some point but I like it the way it is for now.

The reason I did all this last minute (although I coloured the image weeks ago!) was that my Mum got married over the Easter weekend and my time seems to have been taken up with helping her plan everything! I made the invites, the favours, the table plan and place cards, signs for various tables, bunting for the sweet table, butterflies for the wish tree, table decorations, thank you cards, necklaces for the bridesmaids and I helped make the buttonholes and bouquets!  Phew, we all had a fantastic day but I'm secretly glad its all over now!
