The more you read...

I made this bookmark for the Kraftin Kimmie challenge 197 - Schools back in.

I used Priscilla for my project, for obvious reasons, coloured her with a combination of copics and promarkers, found a lovely quote from Dr Seuss and make a cute bookmark.

Slightly ironic really, me making a bookmark, considering that I don't read actual books any more but I'm never far away from my Kindle!

Bee Happy...

This card was made for the Paper Smooches Challenge, which this week is a picture perfect challenge.

This is the picture for inspiration -

I used a freebee (get it!) from the Paper Smooches blog coloured with copics, found an image of a jar and used honeycomb paper from Pink Petticoat. The bees bodies and wings are shimmery but doesn't really show up in the picture. I used glossy accents on their eyes too.

BOO!!!

I made this for the Birdie Brown September Challenge. I used the freebie provided to make my card. It's not easy to see on the picture but I cut out the middle pumpkin and layered him and added glossy accents to their eyes. The paper was a freebie from Summer Driggs

Book Pile

I made this card for my friends daughter who, after a struggle, has just become a free reader at school. This is a great achievement as reading hasn't come easy for her. Well done Poppy x

I'm going to enter this into the Kraftin Kimmie 'Embellish it' Challenge
