Heart Anniversary

I made this for the CAS-ual Fridays challenge -

I used the Silhouette design studio to create the heart cut out and cut it out with my craftrobo. The papers are all digital ones from Pink Petticoat. I printed the sentiment directly onto the card base (once I managed to get it to go though the printer!) I have a friend who has a lot of anniversaries to send cards for and I make most of them for her, so this is a nice one to replicate and with changes to the colours it won't get too boring to mass produce.

Red, White & Blue

I made this card for the Teddy Bo challenge - Red, White & Blue
and I'm also going to enter it into the Simon Say's Stamp Challenge

Papers are downloaded from the internet, image is from Teddy Bo, sentiment stamp from stash and coloured with promarkers. I love this Teddy Bo image and thought it summed up the rainy Queens Jubilee perfectly!

Little Star

I cut the card base out with my bigshot, coloured using my promarkers and added a sentiment from Pink Petticoat. It's a cute little card if I do say so myself!

Blooming Birthday

I made this for the Polly Craft Challenge- colour inspiration (from this picture)

I coloured with my spring promarkers and used Pink Petticoat papers from the Vintage Rose Collection. Please excuse the weeds in the background of my photo, I hate gardening!

Birthday!

I made this card mainly for the Passion for Promarkers - Birthday challenge. It's a special 150th challenge with some brilliant prizes!
I'm also going to enter this into the I love Promarkers challenge- Use die-cuts

I made this card using an image from Digi Stamp Boutique , digital papers by Echo Park (from Jessica Sprague) and a sentiment from Pink Petticoat. I used promarkers to colour (my new summer set came in handy) and cut the label and scalloped square out with my bigshot. It turned out better than I hoped, especially considering the bright background I decided on!

all you need is love...

This is for the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge. This week it's a colour challenge -

I used their digital stamps and coloured with the closest promarkers I owned! Reminds me of the beetles song....

Butterflies

I made this for the Runway Inspired Challenge. It's the first time I've entered this one. I've been watching it for a few weeks now and thought that it looked like fun. The picture for the inspiration is this -

I'm really please how my card turned out. I did it all digitally (would have liked some darker blue for one of the butterflies but couldn't find any). The sentiment is from Pink Petticoat .

Birds!

I made this for the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge, this week it's a designer drafts sketch -

I used the bird digital stamp form their web site and the Hello Sunshine sentiment too. I paper pieced them with Echo Park digital papers and added googly eyes because who doesn't love googly eyes? I used 3 different colours of twine for their perch too.

with love

I made this for the Lili's Little Fairies Challenge. The challenge is to use your favourite craft tool. I think the tool that I wouldn't be able to live without would be my computer...then my bigshot!
I'm always printing out sentiments and backing papers that are digital and I love digital stamps too.

I'm going to enter this into the I Love Promakers Challenge too- Anything goes

40th Birthday

I made this for one of the girls at work, who is turning 40, and got very excited when I saw the the Passion for Promarkers challenge was 'Special Birthdays' Perfect timing!!

This card was a little tricky to make, it's an 8x8 cards (so all the girls at work can sign it) and it's fairly difficult to fill the space on such a large size. I used a forever friends stamp and printed the 40 and the sentiment out on the computer. I then stamped the image a few more times to get extra balloons and managed to carefully stamp over the 40 that I had printed out so it was in the centre of a balloon. I coloured them with my promarkers then cut them out and layered them on with foam pads. It seemed very complicated at the time and I'm sure there was probably an easier way to get the same effect but it worked how I wanted it to so I'm happy!
