Ekkk.... Spiders!

I made this card for a combined challenge. Deconstructed sketch 135 and Kraftin Kimmie challenge
this is the sketch that I followed and I used  Kraftin Kimmie's Wednesday stamp.
I decided to go creepyish with this card, using echo park papers, and by adding a few spiders!

Tree-mendous

I made this for the CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge

This is the sketch-

I used a memory box die that I've had for about a year but just haven't got round to using. I thought it would be perfect for this challenge. I seem to be adding hearts to my cards a lot lately, not because it's coming up to valentines day soon but simply because I like them :)

Whooo loves you?

This card was made for the Mojo Monday Card sketch challenge. I love sketch challenges, they give me a clearer idea in my head of what I'd like my card to look like!
This is the sketch -

I'm also entering it into the Paper Smooches challenge - anything goes. I used the owl from the Chubby Chums set

Just saying HELLO!

I made this for the Kraftin Kimmie krafty guest contest. I used Suzette, my favourite Kimmie Stamp, and coloured her with a mix of promarkers and copics. I don't think it shows up well in the photo but I used my wink of stella glitter pen to highlight her dress and glittery card for my bit of sparkle!

Superstar!

Made for Kraftin Kimmie Wonderful Wednesday with only hours to spare!

I used Kraftin Kimmie Superstar stamp for my creation and coloured her with a mix of copics (hair & skin) and promarkers (everything else!)

The more you read...

I made this bookmark for the Kraftin Kimmie challenge 197 - Schools back in.

I used Priscilla for my project, for obvious reasons, coloured her with a combination of copics and promarkers, found a lovely quote from Dr Seuss and make a cute bookmark.

Slightly ironic really, me making a bookmark, considering that I don't read actual books any more but I'm never far away from my Kindle!

Bee Happy...

This card was made for the Paper Smooches Challenge, which this week is a picture perfect challenge.

This is the picture for inspiration -

I used a freebee (get it!) from the Paper Smooches blog coloured with copics, found an image of a jar and used honeycomb paper from Pink Petticoat. The bees bodies and wings are shimmery but doesn't really show up in the picture. I used glossy accents on their eyes too.

BOO!!!

I made this for the Birdie Brown September Challenge. I used the freebie provided to make my card. It's not easy to see on the picture but I cut out the middle pumpkin and layered him and added glossy accents to their eyes. The paper was a freebie from Summer Driggs

Book Pile

I made this card for my friends daughter who, after a struggle, has just become a free reader at school. This is a great achievement as reading hasn't come easy for her. Well done Poppy x

I'm going to enter this into the Kraftin Kimmie 'Embellish it' Challenge

Roller derby SKATE OFF!

Simply Betty stamps and the Stamping Chef got together and drew some skating images for the - Vulture Knockouts vs. The Skullhead Babes Roller Derby skate off!

 Rules as follows -
For The Stamping Chef  your challenge with Kitty Paw Vultura you must do a recipe:
1 ribbon, 2 buttons 3 pieces of background paper

For Simply B Stamps your challenge with Bonnie Skullbabe you must do a color combo:
Hot Pink, Lime Green, and Black (this is for your colors of clothing, papers, embellishments).

I will admit I did mine very last minute, I didn't really think ahead and had a very busy weekend (thats my excuse for my atrocious colouring!) but I finished them off and posted them to the stamping chef gallery.
I had an awful time with the layout of my second card, it just didn't seem right. then I turned it 90 degrees and had a brain wave! It's not how I pictured it but I'm fairly happy with it.
